For standard B2B software without a regulated profession: We provide software and related services; we are not a law firm, tax adviser, or regulated financial institution. Use the professional note field in Site settings if you are subject to sector oversight.
Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Liability for content
We compile site content carefully but assume no warranty for completeness or accuracy. Under §§ 7(1), 10 TMG (Germany) we are responsible for our own content. We are not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored unless we obtain knowledge of unlawful content; we will then remove it promptly. This does not affect liability under general law.
Liability for links
Our offer may contain links to external websites operated by third parties. We have no influence over their content; the respective operator is responsible. At the time of linking, no legal violations were apparent. We will remove links if we become aware of infringements.
